The spirit of this process is to establish whether: (i) they can take an initiative, (ii) they intend to play an active role in shaping society's future, (iii) they will make an active contribution to their respective houses, (iv) they are invested in the learning of their housemates and the LLL community, and (iv) they can maintain a balance between their academic demands and personal lives.

Applicants are clustered according to their diversity profiles (study discipline, gender, etc.) and overall rating based on the set rubric by a panel of at least three members. For every vacant spot, we shortlist at least two candidates.
A panel asks you questions to get to know you and see if you are and the LLL programme are a good fit for each other.
Based on the interview outcomes, diversity profile of overall cohort of applicants, and programme demands, a diverse group of vibrant young emerging leaders is selected to be in the programme.
