LLL x Ripples of Hope

Colourful and hopeful. Those are the two words that come to mind when I think of the two evenings spent with the Ripples of Hope Fellowship and its members.

I had the honour of being a part of the LLL cohort that welcomed the Ripples of Hope members in Stellenbosch. The evening was filled with decadent food and thought-provoking conversations. Meeting people outside of the Stellenbosch university community was a great reminder that the world is truly so vast. You could see that from the LLL members present, the Ripples of Hope members and other stakeholders, each and every one from a different walk of life. No two people the same.

The Ubuntu evening was a beautiful night of seeing the beautiful cultures of our diverse nation come together, encapsulating the "rainbow nation" from the colourful cultural clothes and the different personalities. Hearing the experiences of the different people present was a pleasant reminder that success looks different from person to person. The awe-inspiring stories shared hold promise not only a better South Africa but a better world. The partnership between the Ripples of Hope Fellowship and LLL is a partnership that holds much promise and I am privileged to have been a part of this.

LLL truly never fails to amaze me in the opportunities is offers it's members.
